| Bio: | After retiring from the communication industy in 2000, I decided to pursue a career in real estate sales. I enjoy working with people and helping them with their real estate needs. I chose Iowa Realty because of their name recognition and their reputation as an industry leader in Iowa. I have lived in Chariton, Iowa since 1978 with my wife Patricia. We have two grown children and five grandchildren. I am an active member of the Chariton Chamber, Chariton Kiwanis Club, Lucas County Development Corp., Volunteer Advisory Council, South Central Iowa Community Foundation and serve on several committees at our church.
